TxDOT announces weekday closures at Loop 1604 and I-10 interchange
SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Drivers should expect weekday closures from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. and daytime closures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Loop 1604 and I-10 interchange.
Nighttime work will include closures on I-10 frontage roads and mainlanes between Camp Bullis Road and De Zavala Road, with at least one lane remaining open. Loop 1604 mainlanes and frontage roads will also close around the interchange, along with sections near Vance Jackson Road and between Via La Cantera and UTSA Boulevard.
Daytime closures will affect I-10 frontage roads and mainlanes between Camp Bullis Road and De Zavala Road, as well as Loop 1604 frontage roads at the interchange. La Cantera Parkway U-turns will close one at a time.
TxDOT says no weekend closures are planned.
Long-term closures include the eastbound I-10 frontage road left lane from La Cantera Parkway to Loop 1604 and the eastbound Loop 1604 entrance ramp after the I-10 interchange, which will be permanently closed.
