Ducks Snap Losing Skid With 81-75 Win Over Northwestern

Oregon men’s basketball snapped its five-game losing skid Tuesday night with an 81-75 home win over Northwestern.
The Ducks led by as many as 17 points in the game, though their defense allowed 50 points in the second half to the visitors.
Oregon notched 16 assists on their 24 made baskets in the game. They outrebounded Northwestern 33-27.
Jackson Shelstad led all scorers with 26 points on 8-11 shooting. Keeshawn Barthelemy had 19 points and Nate Bittle had 14 points for the Ducks.
Oregon improves to 17-8 overall and 6-8 in Big Ten play. They’ll stay home to host Rutgers on Sunday before visits to Iowa and Wisconsin next week.
