The Trail Blazers dropped a sixth straight game on Sunday in a 116-109 loss to the Phoenix Suns on the road.
Portland drops to 8-18 overall, third-worst record in the Western Conference and seventh-worst record in the NBA.
The Blazers entered the fourth quarter trailing by just four points at 83-79 but the Suns opened up a lead that reached 16 points on their way to a comfortable victory.
Anfernee Simons led the way with 20 points for Portland. Big man Deandre Ayton missed the game with illness in his return to Phoenix, who drafted him with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 NBA draft. Jerami Grant and Deni Avdija each had 17 points.
Devin Booker had 28 points and Kevin Durant had 20 points for Phoenix who improved to 14-11 overall.
The Blazers are next in action on Thursday night hosting the Denver Nuggets (13-10) at 7:00 p.m.
