Ducks Land Transfer Commit From Former Elon Guard TK Simpkins

Oregon basketball landed a commitment from Elon transfer TK Simpkins on Wednesday.
A 6’4” guard from Brooklyn, NY, Simpkins played a season at Northwest Florida State before playing the last two years at Elon. Last season as a junior, Simpkins played in 27 games with 24 starts, averaging 16.3 points, 2.6 assists and 3.1 rebounds.
He is the second transfer portal commit for this cycle joining Texas forward Devon Pryor. The Ducks will have standout guard Jackson Shelstad returning for his junior season, along with forward Kwame Evans Jr. Star center Nate Bittle has entered his name in the NBA draft with the ability to return to Oregon should he so choose.

Simpkins is a 4-star with a 92 rating on 247Sports, and a 4-star with a 93 rating on On3
