The Trail Blazers lost 118-108 to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday at Moda Center to snap a four-game win streak.
The previous week saw victories at home over Chicago and then a sweep of a three-game road trip to Miami, Orlando, and Charlotte.
Deni Avdija had a team-high 28 points with 8 assists and 7 rebounds for Portland.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had a game-high 35 points to pace Oklahoma City as the Thunder improve to a league-best 37-8 overall record.
OKC outscored Portland 52-22 in points in the paint.
Scoot Henderson had a strong game off the bench with 25 points including five made 3-pointers in seven attempts. He also went 6-for-6 from the free-throw line.
The Trail Blazers are 17-29 overall and host Damian Lillard and the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night.
