The Trail Blazers were going for their third consecutive win on Monday night, but fell to the Philadelphia 76ers at the Moda Center, 125-103. Joel Embiid played in only his 11th game of the season, but dominated the game on both sides of the court. Scoring 37 points and grabbing 9 rebounds.

The Trail Blazers were led by Anfernee Simons 25 points. Portland had won the previous two games, but dropped the game to the 76ers to fall to 11-21 on the season and 8-8 at home.

Next up for the Trail Blazers is a road game down in Los Angeles against the Lakers on January 2.
