The Seahawks four-game win streak came to a crashing halt Sunday night in a 30-13 home defeat to the Green Bay Packers.

Quarterback Geno Smith suffered a knee injury in the third quarter and did not return to the game as backup quarterback Sam Howell entered.

The Seahawks trailed 14-0 early and never recovered as Green Bay running back Josh Jacobs had his way in the first half and the Packers defense dictated terms in the second half en route to an impressive road victory.

Smith will undergo further testing on Monday to determine the severity. Whether or not he misses any time is yet to be determined.

The Seahawks are 8-6 overall with a home game against the Minnesota Vikings coming next Sunday followed by a short week visit to the Chicago Bears on Thursday Night Football on Dec. 26th. The Seahawks will finish the regular season visiting the Los Angeles Rams in Week 18 in what could decide the division title in the NFC West. The Rams are 8-6 with games against the New York Jets and Arizona Cardinals to come prior to hosting the Seahawks.
