Oregon Ducks Crack AP Poll At No. 12 After 8-0 Start

The Oregon Ducks have cracked the AP Poll for the first time this season and are ranked No. 12 after an 8-0 start to the season.

The Ducks defeated No. 9 Alabama on Saturday night 83-81 to win the championship game of the Players Era Festival at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.

Oregon beat the Crimson Tide after earlier victories over Texas A&M and San Diego State to earn a championship game berth.

The Ducks will open Big Ten Conference play on Wednesday at USC (5-3) before hosting UCLA (6-1) on Sunday. The Ducks are No. 10 in the Coaches Poll.
