Prediction: Colorado State Rams @ Oregon State Beavers

Each week Steven Vaughan will predict the score of every Oregon State Beavers football game. This week the Beavers take on the Colorado State Rams from Reser Stadium. The Beavers are -11.5 on Saturday.
Before the season, if you told me Colorado State would get double-digit points against Oregon State, I would have taken the Rams so fast. Things have changed. Oregon State is better than I thought, and Colorado State is way worse than I thought. I’m taking Oregon State on Saturday and I’m laying the points. The Colorado State offense has been really bad this season. Oregon State’s defense has been solid this season. The Beavers are going to be able to shut down Colorado State’s offense. It’s going to be a low scoring game which makes it tough for the Beavers to cover 11.5 points. The defense for Oregon State will be so good that it won’t matter.
